CCPA OptOut process request

• A store's customer requests to be removed from our Dealerlogix records.

Process to follow:

1-We must remove the phone number from DL using the Actions button in CP

Add a note with a screenshot to the case indicating this step as complete

2-Assign case with ACTIVE status to Ren Brandon for email removal
(by sending to the Appt Support mailbox)

We must @Ren in Minions Support chat thread to notify her of the assigned ACTIVE case
